For the last 11 years operated as anindependent ‘Corporate Learning Consultant’ with services being provided toEricsson Telecommunications in Malaysia, India, Taiwan, China, Japan, Thailand,Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia and Pakistan. Also written and conducted aprogramme on ‘Entrepreneurship’ for ‘Perhebat' an organization for retiringmilitary officers of the Malaysian Armed Forces. Other major projects haveincluded a competency-modelling programme co-developed for Celcom, a mobiletelephone operator in Malaysia, a Total Quality Management training programmeand consultancy for Bartercard Thailand and CustomerService training for the Australian Commerce and Industry Office in Taipei. Recently conducted ‘ValueAdding in Organisations’ for pt Aneka Kimia Raya Indonesia, Management Trainingfor Bureau Veritas Indonesia and Sales training for Sheraton Hotels in Thailandand Taiwan and for The Hotel Mulia Senayan Indonesia. A major new EmotionalIntelligence training course most recently been written and conducted for theUS Embassy Indonesia. Training feedback sheets bear testimony to an ability tostimulate learning in individuals across a wide age range, differing levels ofseniority and a broad cultural spectrum.

In the past delivered lectures to the Australian Society ofAccountants, the Queensland TAFE, Taipei University, many Rotary Clubs in Asiaand various small business groups. Articles have been published by, The SmallBusiness Guide for the State Government of Victoria (Aust.), The Australia Medical Practitioner, The Australian Accountant, The Pattaya Mail Newspaper andthe Website ‘eThailand’. As a writer been instrumental in preparation oflending proposals, advertising campaigns, legal documentation, trainingcourses, authored articles for websites and written sales and marketing lettersand procures and ad copy for a number of companies across a wide variety ofindustries.

Other commercial experience includes; senior branchand state positions in sales/marketing and general management in thefinance/banking industry in Australia; Owner/Director of a manufacturingbusiness, also in Australia; Creative Director of an advertising agency inMalaysia and Senior Learning Consultant for Ericsson Academy Malaysia.
