My name is Richie Contartesi and I am a certified group class trainer. I teach BootCamp classes and I also own a website where I provide customized weekly meal plans and shopping lists. I played football at OleMiss and began to fall in love with food and nutrition.
I started experimenting on how to eat, grocery shop, and cook for myself. Over the last 7 years I have perfected my craft. I am extremely lean, fit, and I don't work harder than anyone else. I work smarter.
