Hows things? well my copy of your book arrived from the states today but on first looks it was well worth the wait!. Cant wait to read it now will start tonight, however after you sent me the e book on interval cardio have been mixing things up a bit and even though i am eating five to six meals a day I have lost 26 pounds in the past 8 weeks I know I need to tweek my calories a bit but hey it seems to be going ok.

I'm very passionate about changing as many lives as possible. At 56 my body is a reflection of my lifestyle. My purpose is to give people the knowledge to make educated decisions about health and fitness, obtaining optimal health, aging slowly and becoming resistant to disease.

My lifestyle is a four-sided, focusing first on the mind-body connection (self help); then on the science of nutrition; exercise (aerobic and anaerobic); and finally on supplementation (vitamins and minerals).
