Rose Diamond

Rose Diamond is a lifelong educator, an author and a pioneer i Transformational Learning who is passionate about contributing to this amazing adventure of global transition we’re living through. She’srnco-director of A WHOLE NEW WORLD, a transformational learning and community building resource, focusing on the skills we need to create a peaceful, sustainable, humane world. Rose is an integral thinker and practitioner who has the ability to synthesize diverse ideas and approaches to create services which are uniquely inspirational, practical, and full of heart and soulfulness.

All my life, I've been asking the questions: “What does it mean to be alive on Earth at this time? What am I really here to do? What unique contribution can I make?” The answers have come as I chose to uncompromisingly follow my inner calling and live my life as a process and a soul journey, in service to my soul work: the reaso I'm here. My lifelong passion for writing began when I was a child and became the motivation for making a conscious choice in the early ‘90’s to follow my creative process wherever it led me. Seeking wild nature and meditative silence, I took sanctuary in some beautiful places, first in the Highlands of Scotland, and then in Aotearoa - New Zealand, a place of spiritual deepening and community participation. Irnmade my home at the top of the South Island and wrote and published my first book: Migration to the Heartland: a Soul Journey in Aotearoa in 2004.

I'm a committed spiritual activist and poet of the tribe; someone who learns from the inside out, explores deeply, and then passes my learning to others through writing, teaching and coaching. The deeper I go into my own experience, the more I tune into collective experience and universal truth. From this place I have more compassion for self and others and I can participate in healing the world.

I'm also a visionary. ArnWHOLE NEW WORLD started with a visio I received in 1995 when I first arrived in New Zealand and has grown from many hours, days, weeks, years of creative thinking. In 2006 this vision translated into ar Transformational Learning Community, linking people around the country. I also identified eight pillars of transformational learning, areas where we need, individually and collectively, to develop new attitudes and skills, in order to grow a positive future. This has now become a beginning curriculum in skills for the transition, which I'm now further exploring through a monthly publication, New Moon Magic.

I came to the USA in 2007, after meeting soulfriend, fellow writer and consciousness delver, Woods Elliott, on the Internet. Here in Virginia, I wrote my second book, “Living your Passion: How Love- in-action is seeding a Whole New World” based on interviews which show how ordinary people are transforming the world byrnhaving the courage to live authentic lives.

In 2008 I was granted a visa to work in the US as someone with extraordinary ability as an educator and writer and, with Woods I'm co-creating A WHOLE NEW WORLD and FIRE SEEDS PUBLISHING, a direct distribution network for transformational books and resources.
