Rotem Cohen Quick Facts

Hello and welcome. My name is Rotem. I'm in my 30's and live in Israel.

I used to be constantly tired and lazy. Procrastination and oversleeping were just some of my bad habits. Today, although I'm still working on improving myself, I can call myself an "energetic early riser".

I've created A-Sleep.com a few years ago, to share tips for overcoming tiredness and sleep problems (including oversleeping of course).

My main focus these days is on my Energy & Motivation site, where I share simple and practical information and resources to help you improve your life, by increasing your energy and self motivation.
