Russell has been using guided meditation with binaural beats to help people sleep, relax, be creative and focus with his Guided Meditation Treks project since 2012, and he can turn any space into a meditation temple with just a smartphone. Russell has also circled the planet on flights that averaged less than $100 each and stayed with locals across 24 countries while developing a methodology and philosophy for cheap travel with technology and a mindfulness practice. Certified as a yoga instructor in 2015, Russ continues to expand his expertise to help others connect with the world inside and outside themselves.
