How you can bring Light into the Dark.
The days are getting shorter and the nights are becoming longer. With the commencement of the autumn and winter time, many people notice that the lack of daylight goes for their state of mind. Statistically seen, the mood of almost every third person in Germany drops down into the cellar region. Women seem to suffer a lot more under the seasonal blues: 36 percent of them fall into a down feeling or even a depression induring the dark times of the year – whereas only every fourth man is affected with 24 percent.

On Your Horses Ready Go
Today I did something really special – my horse allowed me to pet him while he was still lying down. That's a position of extreme vulnerability for horses. The feel of his coat of hair, the warmth of his body and the warm breath from his nostrils was a real moment of happiness. I'm so grateful that I was able to experience this intimacy between me and my horse!

Discovering strange worlds
Where do you feel at home? Two weeks ago I sat in a plane and read an article in the Lufthansa Magazine (May 2013) about Bryan Adams, Rockstar and also a very good photographer. He said: I feel at home anywhere in the world.“ Born in Canada, he now lives in London with his partner and two daughters.

The Silence Speaks
Hello and Cead Mile Failte´, this is gaelic and means "a hundred thousand times wellcome". We live in a world, in which we have too much distraction from things outside of ourselves. Instead of listening to ourselves, we dive into various methods of distraction, which are available almost everywhere - TV, advertising, etc.,. But what do we like to be distracted from? From our own inner voice?

Shift Down a Gear
Did you know that nature has more of an influence on our well-being than most people believe? Sun light, for example, controls many important processes in the body – in a natural rhythm which adapts to the time of day and to the seasons in the year.

Natural Horsemanship - Why I turned to it!
"You can do nothing that I can't do. I can do things that you can't do. Together we can do great things." Mother Teresa Horses have always been my favourite animals. As a little girl I dreamt at night about horses. There were always three of them together - a jet black one, a snowy white one and a golden one. The golden one was the most beautiful, the fastest and much better than the others. He carried me in my dreams with the wind over the hills into freedom.

I used to think I had control
There are things I can control. Like how much sleep I get, what I eat, what I say, to name but a few. If you'd asked me if I could control my life when I was in my twenties, I would have said an unequivocal yes. And I would have thought you were wrong if you'd said no. I guess I was a bit of a control freak. My life was on the right track, and I intended it to stay that way. Then I had a baby. I was no longer able to control when I wake up, how long I sleep, if I shower, how tidy my home is, when I leave the house, or what I am doing during the day.

They've Gone!
“I'm just surprised by what's happening inside me now that the kids have left home.” My girlfriend nodded as she listened with compassion. I went on to tell her how I had assumed I would be glad to have my new-found freedom. It's what I had been waiting for, after all. I thought I wouldn't worry about the kids. I thought I would be completely laid back. I thought I would go with the flow and pick up the pieces where I left off.

The Mirror is the Struggle
Over the course of 58 years, I have encountered so many women who struggle with their looks. It seems to be an ete al theme which crosses generations. We live in a culture that's about need. We are bombarded with advertisements telling us what we need to need, and what we supposedly shouldn't be able to live without. Women are indeed the perfect targets for them.
