Sam Slay brings twenty-four years of government experience. He has owned and operated his own businesses. He is a retired Chief of Police. He has worked as Chief of Field Operations and later as vice president of sales and marketing for a wireless internet company. His opportunity to manage personnel has been both challenging and rewarding. He recognizes the “Power of People” and the Power of Enthusiasm.” Sam is a speaker, author, and consultant. He has focused on supervisory skills, working with staff to promote productivity and create a positive work environment. His goal is to create a greater “Return on Investment” (ROI) from staff. He is the President of the Human Resource Management Association of Bay County, Inc.. Sam is also the President of the Bay County Domestic Violence Task Force, Inc.. He believes “Family Violence” is a national epidemic and he defines it as “True Domestic Terrorism”. Sam Slay provides speaking, coaching, and consulting services. He is also the owner of 357 Solutions, LLC an Employee Training and Business Consulting company. Sam has written articles on Motivation and Leadership and has released a new book “The Master’s of Success” co-authored by Ken Blanchard, author of The One Minute Manager.
