I would like to share some of this with you through the information and exercises on my website, and by recommending material, mentors and links that may be helpful to you. You are welcome to share this any of this with your friends.
For the last 20 years I have been involved a multitude of management positions mostly in the area of information and technology management. I have worked for both start ups and big software companies and consultancies. I spent ten years with Baan Company (Infor today), a global enterprise software provider for medium to large companies. I studied coaching at the Adlerian School of Coaching in Israel and graduated in July 2006 . Today I am privileged to be on the Coaching Faculty. I give workshops on Organization and Time Management within organizations. I have an honors degree in Business Management from the University of South Africa, and am a professionally trained Holistic Therapist and Reflexologist. Working in Hi-Tech can be quite stressful. My training in Holistic therapy helps me on a daily basis to be positive and maintain any stress. Today I integrate my experience and study in all I do.
Ask your coach is a website where I share stuff on Productivity, Mindfulness, Healthy Living and more.

You can cultivate your listening
I have just returned - in one piece, from a Vipassana silent meditation retreat. Vipassana mediation encourages one to go deep within. This is done through silent sitting, with no movement and our eyes closed. Vipassana accommodates personal growth through intense listening. The listening may not be easy, thus my referral in the first sentence to returning in one piece, however it does happen.
