What I 'really do' is improve individual and organizational capability as a project manager and master trainer. I currently work in Talent Management/Organizational Development, and for years have provided business coaching and sales training with a focus on brand and values alignment.

REALi Touch systems are a hybrid of life, leadership and marketplace coaching. I've been grateful to equip over 600 professionals one-on-one and to inspire audiences in a variety of industries.

Trade organizations have published by articles that share insights from my experience coaching over 100 professionals per month one-on-one for nearly a year. I developed and customized tools for assessment, planning and progress review to equip and encouragement goal achievement. I also developed course content, and presented in classroom and conference formats and virtually.

My experience also includes nearly a decade as a volunteer coordinator for several outreaches and serving on professional boards and committees. My husband Mike and I have also served as community group leaders for North Point Ministries, one of the largest contemporary Christian churches in N. America.

Education/Advanced Training:

I earned a BA in Communications with a minor in Psychology and continue to research and integrate knowledge from the growing field of Neuroscience.

In 2006, the National Speakers' Association awarded me professional level status. In 2008, I received the Dale Carnegie "Outstanding Performance Award" and graduated from the 12-Week Effective Communications & Communications Course.

In 2011 I became certified as a Master Trainer in Behavioral Interviewing by Select International and provide train-the-trainer workshops for HR generalists and hiring managers. I also am certified and teach Reader-Centered Business Writing by Better Communications.

Whether presenting at a conference or providing individual coaching, you'll find I am passionate about growing people and profits “on purpose.”
