Thieves Oil: Ward Off Flus and Colds Naturally
The story of Thieves Oil takes us all the way back to the Plague in the15th century. There were thieves who preyed upon the dead and dying but somehow never became infected. A famous band of four thieves were finally captured in Marseilles, France and charged with the crime of robbing the plague victims. At the trial, the Magistrate offered to go easy on them if they would divulge how they avoided contracting the horrific infection, in spite of their continual and very close contact with infected corpses.

Grandma's Molasses Cookies and No More Gray Hair
My Holidays are never complete until we have enjoyed a batch of Grandma's Molasses Cookies. I have always loved these cookies and they turn out just slightly crisp on the outside but deliciously chewy on the inside. The other day I happened upon a great article by Michael Ravensthorpe of SpiritFoods.net describing the benefits of Molasses for stimulating new hair growth and helping with pigmentation to reduce gray hair. I'm not promising that eating one batch of these incredible cookies will make you look 10 years younger but I do promise you will love the cookies.

It helps that I grew up with my little Polish Grandma Rudonich making us all the “ole country” favorites including Pierogies, Galumpkes (Stuffed Cabbage) and my favorite as a child was her purple soup. And it turns out that the delicious and colorful soup comes with a powerhouse of nutritional benefits as well. Are We Dying to Look Good: Natural Hair Coloring Solutions
A man with grey locks is considered distinguished and wise but when a woman goes grey she is accused of letting herself go. In the 1950’s less than 10% of the woman dyed their hair. Today, the number is a staggering 75% or more. This popular beauty habit can cost consumers $75-$200 every 6-8 weeks when having it done professionally. Your first grey hair will typically appear by the age of 34 and by age 50 up to 50% of all Caucasians will have a full head of grey hair. Smoking, poor diet, stress and genetics can all contribute to premature greying.

Shocking Discovery: Seventh Generation fails Toxicity Test
I’ve decided the only way to remove products with toxins from our household is to not buy ANY products whatsoever. I’m so incredibly frustrated right now with companies, labeling, government agencies and the general public in regards to allowing known toxins to end up in just about everything we use. Where it just went totally south for me is that even those companies out there promoting themselves as based on toxin free principles are failing miserably.

If You Use a Computer You Should be Doing These Eye Exercises
Just because we are getting older doesn’t mean we have to resolve ourselves to losing ground with our vision. It is medically proven that with regular exercise of the eye muscles you can minimize eyestrain and maintain or even improve your vision. Perhaps the single greatest reason why people in today’s society suffer from chronic eyestrain and deteriorating vision is the amount of time that is spent staring at computer monitors and television screens.
