As a Florida family law and divorce atto ey, I have helped people navigate the rough waters of family law issues. I specialize in divorce, child custody, child support, pate ity, prenuptial agreements, property division, and many other facets of family law.

I earned my law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1997, then proceeded to work as a prosecutor for the Office of the Third Judicial Circuit and served with the Hillsborough County Public Defenders Office in Tampa. I am a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in marital and family law as well as criminal law.

In 2001, I founded my law firm, The Law Office of Scott P. Davis with a focus on helping people and offering personal, compassionate service. I leverage my significant trial experience for my clients and use my thorough knowledge of the law to their advantage.
