The reaso
I started this company was to promote the interaction among individuals that were interested in bridging the gap between the academic world of education and the actual leadership issues that confront today's and tomorrow's emerging leaders. The reverse is also true in that we want to create a cycle where the business world helps to feed the academic environment.
I have learned that while the text book study that we receive in our fine Universities have laid the groundwork and foundation for many of our nation's largest and most successful businesses in many different industries, I've always been amazed at how some leaders, given the same set of assets in the same business industry, could produce more in the way of results than their counterparts given the same set of assets. Having had the opportunity to come in contact with many of the nation's premier business minds and many leadership coaches, I have found that the truly successful leaders share one thing in common: they understand today's business environment. They understand that knowledge and the sharing of knowledge is vital to the success of their company. I would like for this website to be the starting point for that type of sharing of information conce ing a wide array of leadership issues. This site will post a monthly leadership question that all who have an interest in leadership are welcome to comment on. At the conclusion of the month we will take all of the answers and look for a common thread to the discussion. In other words, a consensus feeling about the question. We will then write a summary and post it in the Leadership periodical section for others to view that may be seeking an answer to the very same question.
