Sharon Sherman, M.S., L.O.M.

Sharon Sherman is a Licensed Practitioner of Oriental Medicine (L.O.M.), specializing in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology and Oriental Medicine. Sharon is the founder of Empirical Point, LLC a private practice with offices in Mt. Airy and Center City Philadelphia.

Sharon graduated with honors and holds a Masters of Science degree in Oriental Medicine from the Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York, NY. She is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Mexico and was a Nationally Board Certified Body Therapist.
Sharon is Board certified as a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. She is also licensed by the Pennsylvania Board of Medicine as a Practitioner of Oriental Medicine.

Sharon currently teaches courses in Advanced Oriental Medical Theory and Specialties in Oriental Medicine. As an instructor, her greatest strength is empowering her students to provide thorough, individualized diagnoses and treatments. Sharon's passion for education benefits not only students of the Medicine but her own clients, whom she teaches to take an active role in health and vitality.
