Sherie has been actively coaching people for many years on how to live a wholistic life, mentally, spiritually, physically, emotionally and economically. She has worked extensively in the community for the past year, teaching workshops she developed, that empower women in all areas of their lives. She says she was born a life-coach and spiritual life teacher. She has expanded her audience to include men too.

TRUSTING THE PROCESS OF UNFOLDMENT
This title is inspired by a conversation i was having a few moments ago with my good friend Nancy. She was asking me questions about how to add a picture on her blog. As we progressed further in the conversation, i realized that this would be the perfect article to add to my blog. I was speaking very passionately about why i felt what i felt about the subject we will be going into. “Trusting the Process of Unfoldment.”

Why all of the suffering?
As a child i always seemed to be very sensitive to the issues of the world. My brothers and sisters would find me crying my eyes out, while watching a program on TV. They would wonder what was up with me. Why were things affecting me so deeply. Back then i didn't know where the emotions were coming from. All i knew, was that i felt things more deeply than most people.
