By day, I work in the vacation industry; by night, I channel information through my Guide Group via automatic writing. My first book, "Windows of Opportunity," is about expediting spiritual growth with less drama and pain; I'm just wrapping up my second book, "Raising Your Vibrations for the New Age." I also give workshops based on the channeled information in my books.
I'm originally from New York State, but I've lived in Orlando, Florida since 1991. I've studied herbology with Rosemary Gladstar, and earned my ND from the Clayton College of Natural Health. I also have a BA in Communications from Mt. St. Mary College in Newburgh, NY.

Roosevelt Our planet is going through changes (we’re up to our knees in the Shift, and there is so much fear surrounding 2012, much of it unfounded), we are still dealing with terrorist activities, and our economy is still in bad shape. Add Crystals and Stones to your Meditation Practice for an Enlightening Experience!
I have always loved crystals. I love to be surrounded by them, I love to hold them in my hands and place them on Chakra points during meditation, and I especially love to wear them. When I was young and broke, I remember saving my change in a jar until I had enough money to buy a piece of raw amethyst from a little shop in Woodstock, NY! It cost all of $5.00, but that was a lot of money back in the 70's when I was working full time and putting myself through college. I still have that piece of amethyst in my library, along with dozens of other beautiful crystals and stones.
