She promotes lifestyle changes that increase physical, mental and spiritual well-being through activity and laughter. Sherry will turn "I can't," "I don't have the time," and "I don't know how," into, "If I knew I would feel and look this good, I would have started sooner!" She will take her audiences kicking and screaming, into healthy habits that will transform their lives.
