I have an insatiable desire to help my clients live a happy life. I do this by leading them away from thoughts and actions that make them unhappy and towards ones that do. I have 11 years experience teaching High School and created classes to help teachers create and maintain a posititv classroom environment. I love leading happiness seminars for large and small groups and have led several Weekend Intensive workshops for women looking to lead a stress-free life. I was trained 5 years ago by Marth Beck, Best Selling Author and O Magazine Columnist.

We spend our waking hours focused on things we have to do, have, buy and think. It’s the thinking part that leads us towards or away from living a happy life. My goal is to help you become keenly aware of what you’re thinking for just 10 minutes a day. These thoughts that you begin to “hearing” will help you understand where your thinking is causing you pain and suffering. These captured thoughts will then be questioned and it's doing this that sets you free to begin thinking truer thoughts that begin moving your life in a more positive direction.

Thanks Oprah
Twenty years ago I attended my first Oprah show taping. It was a fabulous day because I was treated to a movie and lunch before attending a taping of the show. Goldi Hawn was the special guest that day. She shared inside secrets of her latest movie “Deceived” and answered audience questions. I asked how she managed her life, her kids and a successful movie career. She was beautiful and gracious. I left the studio wanting to work for Oprah. Since that time I’ve attended 12 shows and was an on-camera guest for three of them.r

What were you born to do?
Steve Jobs, one of the founders of Apple Computers, passed away a few days ago. I, like millions of other, was saddened by the news. I felt like I knew him, but I didn’t. I knew his products and the special way he introduced them to the world. He had a unique way of making us feel like we had to have the new and improved version of every product he launched. And I believed him because I own a lot of them. His passion for creating new and improved was his passion and his calling. This is what he was born to do. How do I know this to be true? Simple. He excelled at it.

Cherish your parents
Yesterday was my mom’s birthday. She would have turned 86 if lung cancer hadn’t ended her life 14 year ago. There are days when I’d give anything to spend a few more hours with her. It’s funny how I remember every little detail about her last three weeks of life: How I packed up my kids and told my husband I’d be home after she died – the doctor said she had anywhere from two weeks to three months. How I told my daughter’s second grade teacher we’d do school by mail since there was no Internet. How I knew I had to be there for her no matter how long or how short she lived.r
