It is my belief that we are all Source Beings in physical bodies and as such we all have the innate ability to work consciously with energy to bring about the restoration of wellbeing.
Working with energy is working with consciousness, and when we understand that everything is consciousness, we are able to shift our awarenness into the direction of a consciousness that matches our desires and witness its healing effects.
Reiki is Universal Life Force Energy and in my audio lessons I teach my students how they can easily tap into this energy, feel it in their bodies, and channel it to people, things and places to bring forth the innate harmony within all.
We learn the art and value of being present in pure awareness and how this allows us to fully embody the here and now. We learn that releasing expectation allows Source to enhance all that we are and do and have. We learn about the gifts of gratitude and humilty as well as how to use anger and worry constructively in our lives so as to maintain alignment with Source.
It is my desire to grow with my students and I embrace all opportunities to connect with them on a soul level.
