Sidney Gaskins

Sidney Gaskins has been coaching and consulting for 8 years in the areas of personal development, productivity, creating fulfilling relationships, career development, strategic planning, and goal achievement. Sidney is experienced as a facilitator, workshop presenter, and speaker in addition to being an effective one-on-one consultant.

She has been called a “life builder with a smile that lights up a room and an ability to talk straight”. Sidney has an engaging personality whether one-on-one or in a crowd, and is compassionate. These qualities put her in a class of her own and assisted her in working effectively with executives, leaders, employees, and developed programs for Atlanta Public Schools, Fulton County Schools, Sunny Delight, and Arby’s. Her focus has been on leadership development, relationship fulfillment, effective communication, strategic planning, employee productivity, reducing presenteeism, and achieving specific measurable results with velocity. This approach has assisted individuals, families, and businesses in creating unique and targeted solutions.

Sidney is a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Psychology and Urban Studies. She is a member of Relationship Coaching Institute, a certified Grief Recovery® Specialist, and trained in Pre-Marital and Marital guidance. She has deepened and honed her skills through participation in Landmark Education as a head coach in The Self-Expression and Leadership Program, a program that works with people who are motivated and highly successful to move them to another level of effectiveness in their lives, careers, and businesses.
