Sonia Gallagher is a Certified Life Coach, atto ey, and business owner.

Having worked in both the judicial and private arenas of the law and having established and run her own Law Firm, Sonia understands the challenges facing lawyers and business leaders.

As an Executive Life Coach, Sonia combines her intuitive nature, psychology background, and her marketing and entrepreneurship experience with her passion for inspiring, empowering, and motivating professionals to live a balanced life filled with personal and professional success.


Sonia enjoys working with professionals who want to get more out of life while being successful professionals. She works with them to: create effective time management structures, set goals in alignment with their values, and to overcome obstacles keeping them from their full potential.

Before becoming a coach, Sonia honed her psychology and communications background working for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), increased her understanding of people and cultural sensibilities working at The International Court of The Hague, and developed successful methods of networking, marketing, business development, and organizational systems owning her law firm.

Sonia graduated Suma Cum Laude from the University of Miami with a BA Degree in Psychology and received a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Florida.
