<html /> I studied Education not by chance but because I felt at the time that it was the most appropriate way to utilize the skills, the creative spirit and the need to convey what knowledge I had to others. Over the past twenty five years, I have had the pleasure and opportunity to work not only with children at primary and secondary school levels but with adult learners as well. The fact that I have been teaching in a foreign language school has enabled me to implement all those valuable techniques, methods and skills I acquired at school and to get a better perspective of which learning methods is best for young, adolescent and adult learners.
I have worked both in the business sector and in educational institutions. The knowledge and experience I have derived from both, I use towards my passion, which is writing.
I teach foreign languages and conduct creative teaching workshops. Lifelong learning is a way of life for me and it is my goal to get everyone, students, coworkers and friends to embrace learning for life.
My pursuits for personal and professional development have led me to explore domains such as technology, the theater, the environment, health, translation and creative writing.
I am co-authoring a book on special projects and regularly contribute articles online about creative teaching and self-growth. My blog, dareteach.wordpress.com, keeps teachers abreast of new trends in learning and teaching.
