The objective
Working in sales Stephen saw very expensive sales training presented to his sales teams with no long term effect on their results. He set out to test sales training in real sales situations. By testing and adapting he developed a range of coaching and training skills that achieved results and proved successful long term.

How to get started
Some years ago I went on a three day motivation course run by my employer, and presented by an exte al training company. I thought I knew everything about managing sales people, and, what could I learn from a training course.
I couldn't have been more wrong. I was living in unconscious incompetence. I didn't know, what i didn't know.
Those three days led to a decade of discovery. More courses on sales and sales management. NLP, motivation training, and peak performance. I looked for effective techniques outside of the sales world and adapted developed them.
