Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Stephen Guy-Clarke

'I am always looking to support the body's innate ability to heal itself rather than rely on big pharma to treat isolated symptoms. With some help if we take accountability, responsibility and ownership for what ever conditions we have this is the right place to start the journey back to health. Natural medicine and proper nutrition does not have all the answers but they should be part of an integrated approach to wellness with allopathic medicine as the support not the primary first base role.'

How to get started

My passion is helping to educate people to take control of their high cholesterol levels naturally and hopefully not resorting to the use of Statins. Even in cases where Statins must be taken for life threatening situations such as a genetic predisposition to hyperlipidaemia it is vital to know how you can best deal with their side effects.

It is said that ‘knowledge is power’: when it is applied to one’s health it can be truly ‘empowering’.

How often do we talk about people being a ‘victim of a heart attack’? The implication is that we are somehow ‘ambushed’ by this life threatening condition. It is my contention that the vast majority of cases of coronary artery disease are preventable if we take responsibility for our health and reduce the risk factors. This is the inspiration for my eBook Beating Cholesterol which is to enable you to make informed choices.
