Hernserved as Vice President and General Manager of broadcasting and cable television divisions for the owners of Better Homes and Gardens Magazine (The Meredithr Corporation), a 28 year relationship, and two other family-owned media companies.

Most recently Steve served 10 consecutive years as Contract Manager of the Career Development Center for Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne (A United Technologies Company) on their Southr Florida campus, Westr Palm Beach, FL. Stever Shannon graduated with distinction from the University of Arizona -Tucson. He holds a B.A. in Communications (Speech) and Jou alism. He attends and contributes to national and international professional development programs, seminars, symposiums, and meetings.

Hernis a former director of the Palm Beach Chapter of ther Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM) that recently honored him as Professional Member of the Year; associated with the South Floridar Manufacturers’ Association; Coaching South Florida, and he is a member of international Career Management Alliance.

Steve and his wife, Laurine, are full time residents of Delrayr Beach, Florida where they have lived for the past 20 years. They have four adult children and four grandchildren.
