Leadership Training - Many people want to be leaders, but few need to be leaders. No one should be a leader in a church until he or she is a strong Christian (1Timothy 3:1-13).

It is not the job of the church to make leaders. It is the job of the church to make disciples. Out of these disciples leaders will emerge.

Leadership comes from discipleship and growth - As Christians each of us should be looking for people to invest our live in. First we should look outside the church (Matthew 28:19-20) then inside the church (2nd Timothy 2:2). Discipleship is not only a way for us to pass along the faith from one generation of believe to another, it is a way for those of us that disciple to grow as we walk with people who are younger in the faith than we are.
