I'm Stuart Young and let me tell you first - I'm not an expert in anything!
That's right, I don't claim to be an expert and the reason is, no matter what I’m doing at any one time I'm always learning more. Even if I'm really good at something.
My goal is to inspire as many people as possible to take action in the direction of their dreams and goals. I want you to understand and believe that failure is not possible. Not having the success you desire IS possible but failure is NOT. The journey can be the success.
Here are some things I've achieved but don’t consider myself an expert in:
A Dad, a partner, a business owner and even through these difficult years managed to improve my lifestyle each year. That doesn't necessarily mean financially by the way.
A property investor, an abstract artist, an author - writing a new book 'Change Your Life One Day At A Time' which I'll be writing in 2011. I'm also a 1st degree black belt in a martial art.
So, you don't have to be an expert before you start something. Just start and you'll become an expert on the way. Start TODAY!

Hi there, A while back when I was getting ready to launch my book 'How To Change Your Life One Day At A Time' I decided to create a street video to help promote it. I had only one question that I wanted to ask of many complete strangers. I wanted to document how different people would answer the same question, based on their own lives and circumstances.

According to Deloitte’s recent Shift Index survey, 80% of people are actually dissatisfied with their job. They hate going to work most days. If you’re reading this article I guess that includes You. What a way to live - I should know, because I was in that situation for the best part of a decade. I felt like I had no options, like I was trapped. And even if I did find another job I’d be worse off. This sucked all the enjoyment out of my work and I spent my days watching the clock whilst juggling 101 urgent things that needed to be done.

Let’s take a look at why you hate your present job to see if there’s ANY chance the situation can be salvaged. In this article I want to deal with 3 issues... 1. What’s Going On That Bothers You? 2. Why Does Your Job Bother You? 3. How You Can Change It According to Gretchen Spreitzer, University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business – the three main reasons people are dissatisfied with their job are: 1. Their job has no meaning or purpose to them 2. It provides little opportunity to learn, or 3. It leaves them depleted at the end of the work day

Hiya, A while back when I was getting ready to launch my book ‘How To Change Your Life One Day At A Time‘ I decided to create a street video to help promote it. I had only one question that I wanted to ask of many complete strangers: WHAT ONE THING YOU WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE ABOUT YOURSELF? I wanted to document how different people would answer the same question, based on their own lives and circumstances. What I found was in many, many cases their answer led me to ask another question, then another, then a final question. (A process I now call ‘Crossing The River‘).

Syntax describes the structure of a language and how it is used to communicate. The importance of Syntax when we communicate is absolute (whether we are talking to ourselves OR someone else). In this brief article I want to share: • ‘How’ syntax can change the meaning of a sentence • ‘Why’ this is important • And how to best create a positive message In these two sentences for example notice how a change in syntax completely alters the meaning: “The dog bit John.” “John bit the dog.”

Hiya, Below is a 6 step Negative Belief Buster process… Possibly the number one reason people do not reach their goals, or even attempt to reach them in many cases is – negative beliefs. If you fall in to that category then in this post I aim to give you some tactics to move past them. #1 Identify them - seems obvious but a lot of the time you may be completely unaware of your own negative beliefs. Ask yourself what is holding you back, what is stopping you reach your goals at the moment?

Do you understand your WHY? I recently watched a presentation by Greg Habsritt where he talked about how most companies market themselves based on ‘What‘ they do, a smart minority market themselves on ‘How‘ they do what they do, and a smarter, smaller minority market themselves on ‘Why‘ they do what they do. It got me thinking about my Why. At the risk of sounding ‘schmaltzy’ – it really is because I want to inspire as many people as I can to realise that they CAN do it, whatever IT is, they just need to know HOW. Why is that my why?

At first glance that headline seems a bit controversial don’t you think? Well hopefully I’m going to convince you that not only is it accurate but by the end of this article you’ll accept it willingly.r
