Susan Baroncini-Moe

Susan Baroncini-Moe is the CEO of Business in Blue Jeans, an author and a business and marketing consultant for small businesses. Susan is the author of "Designing the Business of Your Dreams" and two other books. She has been working with small business owners for the last 15 years to grow their businesses, using classic business principles, creativity, wise use of technology, and personal growth.

Susan focuses much of her work on solo entrepreneurs and service professionals, helping them develop memorable brands, create clear marketing plans and gain visibility in a highly competitive marketplace. With her larger-sized business clients, much of Susan's work is focused on uncovering hidden assets already present within the business that can be leveraged into generating increased profitability for her clients without additional expenditure.
Over the last 10 years, Susan assembled her "Denim Dream Team," an army of skilled professionals that includes web designers and developers, marketing copywriters, graphic designers, virtual assistants and online business managers to provide her clientele with professionals they can trust.

Susan is the publisher of the popular "No Suits Allowed!" weekly e-zine, and a regular contributor to LifeHack.org and SocialMediaExaminer.com. Her businesses have been featured in several publications, including Redbook Magazine and USA Today.

Susan has a Master's degree in social psychology, and is a certified practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming. She has been trained by Nightingale-Conant & mentored by some of the most successful, bestselling experts and authors in the world.

Susan is an avid eco-friendly urban homesteader with eight chickens & a hobby enthusiast, having tried over 100 different hobbies in her lifetime. She fell in love with her husband, Leonardo, online, and lives with him in Indiana.
