Susan received her bachelor's degree in Human Development and the Family from the University of Nebraska and completed graduate courses in the area of counseling at Covenant Theological Seminary. She served as the Membership Director and was the recipient of the 2007 Founders Award for her work on Destination Organization. After relocating to St. Louis, MO in 2011, Susan now serves both Phoenix, AZ and St. Louis, MO with hands on organizing services.

Susan has been married to Travis for 20 years and has 2 children, Laura (15) and Spencer (13). She is a breast cancer survivor and often shares her story with others to give them hope that they too can survive this disease. When Susan isn't working or spending time with her family, she enjoys ice skating, shopping and having coffee with friends.
