I am Suzanne Scarrow, Psychologist and EFT Practitioner in Cairns, beautiful Far North Queensland, Australia

For many years I have been passionate about counselling as a way of helping people deal with the stresses and strains of normal daily life. I have found counselling to be generally helpful for most people for many issues. Since integrating Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) into my counselling I now feel total confidence that clients can clear the emotional pain that is holding them back in their lives. Perhaps they have saboteged themselves, or maybe they have just felt such pain they couldn't see beyond it.

My clients now learn a very effective tool with which they can rapidly and effectively control their own emotions rather than be controlled by those emotions.

Clients who have experienced terrible trauma (including war trauma and rape) are able to deal with the emotions and physical reactions caused by that trauma to a level where they are now able to talk about it as if it happened to someone else.

For anyone who has experienced trauma, or indeed for counsellors and therapists who work with these survivors, this experience of healing by Emotional Freedom Techniques is absolutely amazing. It goes beyond any other form of healing that I have ever experienced, either personally or with my clients.
