Sylvia Johnson

Since 1999 I've undergone a transformational process; during this phase I've embraced (Self Love & Self Nurturing) an essential tool for healing. In 2005 I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia; which unconsciously lead me to massage therapy. As a massage therapist I've come to appreciate our body's innate ability to heal itself additionally, I came to understand the effects of emotional illness on the mind and body. In my holistic business I've incorporated my gift of creativity the fruits of my passion (which has proven to be a life defining turning point in my life in the way of positive expression as well as a stress reliver) and mind body teaching.

Alas, it wasn't until I decided to change the destructive path that I traveled and sought understanding to the meaning behind those repeative patterns; that answers begin unfolding and I began to evolve freely. I highly encourage one's to take time to do inner work before attempting to improve any area in one's life. Having gone through this transformational phase I am ready to begin my life long desire to assist individuals toward emotional healing. Self improvement expert my goal is to assist individuals toward reclaiming their true self, and revealing their buried treasures. This year 2011 I am most proud of the lodging of my Holistic Body Care Product line 'Therapia Phusei'. A product line dedicated to nurturing from the outside in.
