My name is Taheerah Barney and I am a Holistic Nutritionist. My goal is to help people believe in the power to heal themselves naturally. I believe that the body can heal itself when given the proper tools, I also believe that nutrition is the start of good health, but health must be attained in all areas of one's life.

I believe in eating whole, nutrient dense, traditional foods, my approach is to customize my client needs on a one on one individual basis in order to help them, rather than recommending general guidelines and eating habits that pertain to the masses.
