Talayah G. Stovall, President of TGrace, and Managing Partner in Vision Catalyst Consulting, is an author, speaker and life purpose coach. Her mission is to empower people to use their passion to live in their purpose. Through her speaking, coaching, EmPOWERed to… newsletter and EmPOWERed to… radio show, Talayah inspires people to utilize their God-given abilities to achieve their personal and professional goals. She speaks and conducts workshops for individuals and organizations.
After obtaining an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a Management concentration from Chicago State University, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Michigan, Talayah spent over 16 years in the banking industry.
While she found her corporate career to be fulfilling, her lifelong passion for writing and speaking led her to complete her first book, Crossing the Threshold: Opening Your Door to Successful Relationships. She also has an eBook: 150 Important Questions You Should Ask Before You Say “I Do.” She is currently working on her second book, Light Bulb Moments. Talayah also has two motivational audio CDs, P.U.M.P. It Up! and 7 Secrets to Ignite Your Dreams. She currently serves as the Chicago Regional Director of The Greatness Center, with motivational speaker, Les Brown.
Talayah wears other hats as well. She is an adjunct instructor at Columbia College, where she teaches Public Speaking. She is a member of Toastmasters International (CTM) and a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association. Talayah is on the Board of the Chicago Youth Centers - Rebecca Crown Center, and a member of the Trustee Board of the Vernon Park Church of God.
Talayah was recognized in the 2007 – 2008 Emerald Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals, has twice appeared in Ebony Magazine and has twice been recognized in “Outstanding Young Women of America.” She is a native and current resident of Chicago, Illinois.
