Tanya’s mother had her own AM radio show, so Tanya became guest host of a small segment for kids on how to recognize their gifts. Tanya then developed a “how to write a resume” newsletter that was a hit in her small neighborhood. This was Tanya’s first exposure to helping individuals learn to communicate their brand at work. She later fed a passion for serving career professionals as a Human Resources specialist with a Fortune 100 company, further recognizing the critical need for many aspiring leaders to be able to speak confidently about their personal brand so they would be selected as top pick in the best job opportunities.
