Terrie Anderson is the author of The Little Red Success Book, 30 Days of Inspiration and 999-Legendary Selling for the 21st Century.

She has spent more than twenty years studying, speaking and counseling in the area of human empowerment, whilst enjoying a very successful corporate career. Reaching senior level management in an international corporation by age of 28, she attained Board level positions just a few years later.

Terrie has been successful in the areas of motivation, human development, sales, leadership, and strategy.Terrie has repeatedly built high performance teams by motivating the people to achieve their best willingly and happily.


She approaches the world with warmth, happiness and an open honesty that has won her considerable esteem. Terrie is totally committed to the practices and philosophies outlined in her first book and continues to live them as part of her daily life.

Raised in the Australian outback, she has travelled the world visiting many remote places and meeting people from many cultures. She has lived and worked internationally for many years, whilst holding strong ties to her native Australia. Terrie is presently living in Europe with her personal and business partner and continues to promote the concept of health and happiness through success and sheer joy of life.

The Little Red Success Book was first published in 1994 and quickly sold out both first and second printings. In 2009, it is available again in paperback. 30 Days of Inspiration is her latest guide to setting up your life for success and was launched in December 2009. 999 - Legendary Selling for the 21st Century will be released in March, followed by a global sales coaching project for the Fortune 1000.

One of the most difficult challenges that we all face every day is acceptance. Not only is it sometimes difficult to accept some things in our lives, but to understand and work effectively with differentiation between that which we must accept, and that which we can change is also often hard. In short form, we often have to accept other people as they are. We can ask them to consider change, and why we think they should, but we cannot and may not change them. We can guide them (as in children, students, employees) but we cannot and may not change them or their circumstances.
