Thom is all about inspiring others to defy gravity in their lives by refusing to live by the rules of other people's games; refusing to accept limitations imposed by others, even when the "others" is themselves. He is passionate about seeing others discover, or rediscover, their passions, dreams and desires - to live an authentic life that is "on purpose" (i.e. living and acting in conscious directions forward). Thom has been said to posses the magic of alchemy, as he is able to pull from his expertise in many disciplines to create the most fitting approach to helping others achieve their highest and best selves, teams and business units. What Fuels Him?
His interests in personal and professional development aren’t based solely on academic involvement, as it extends way beyond the bounds of scholarly curiosity. Thom's life and his experiences along his journey are what shaped his desire to be a conduit in the world to help others reach beyond their situations, preconceived ideas and limiting beliefs to be real and live fully in the world. Thom’s story is an inspiration to what can be accomplished in life despite adversity and what seem to be un-winnable moments. From his coming out experience, failed & abusive relationships, near death experience and escaping unbelievably challenging leaders and painful business cultures, Thom has managed to leverage every moment in his life to live true to himself what he knows to be his purpose in the world.
Credentials
He has an MBA from Nova Southeaste University's Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship, which he couples powerfully with his postgraduate Masters of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, earned from the prestigious Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Thom's coach expertise and skill was honed by The Coaches Training Institute and The Center for Right Relationship - two of the most highly regarded coaching schools in the world.
On a Personal Note
He lives and works in Miami with his husband and business partner, Juan Rodriguez. Together, they run Molto Crescendo, Inc. and are raising four (yes four) dogs, each with their own unique personality. And of course, each personality is cultivated for what is the unique way they show up in the world.

Thom does one-on-one life coaching; however, his time is well spent bringing like minded people, who are searching for change and meaning in life, to the It's Faked Up!™ experience. It’s Faked Up!™ transforms lives through a 9-week curriculum that includes a powerful residential retreat in the middle, which is designed to Jangle™ the participant (in a good way) to be curious about what awaits them on the other side of their fears.

It doesn’t stop there, because participants are also provided group coaching and one-on-one coaching for a period of 6-weeks post Jangle™ by the founders and hand selected life coaches aligned with the It's Faked Up!™ philosophy of living REAL in the world. Change is Unsettling. Sure, but ....
Changes can be unsettling. Honestly, they can be so scary they literally paralyze you in your tracks. Yet, without change we never achieve growth in our lives, careers, or relationships. Recently I was faced with emergence of changes in the area of my career and whether to sell our home of 14 years. It wasn’t a decision made ove ight, and even once I made the decision to leave my corporate job and too eventually sell my home it still wasn’t all together easy to embrace the idea of these significant changes.
