Tina Elliot

Tina Elliot is known as “The Professional Women’s Coach.” Her success as a credentialed executive, business and life coach draws from her twenty years experience working in the areas of coaching and consulting. Her expertise in project management, leadership development; team and organization development; life change and career transition all serve to bolster her clients success. Having held a variety of leadership roles as a full-time Managing Consultant, Sr. Project Manager, Project Team Leader and Accountant allows Tina to bring a real-time experience and cultural understanding to her coaching partnerships.

Tina is a member of and a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Certified Wellness Inventory Coach and a Senior Life Strategist. She holds an MBA, in Business Administration and is an active ICF Global Committee Member involved with the ICF Credentialing & Accreditation Committee and the Ethics & Standards IRB (Independent Review Board) Committee.

Her past work with the private sector includes Fortune 500 companies; Rhone Poulenc, Rorer, Kraft, Halliburton and McCormick. She specializes in corporate manufacturing, pharmaceutical, health care and the high tech industries as well as many years of experience with small business ownership. Tina has served part-time on numerous non-profit organization executive boards and is a Mentor Coach, helping new coaches master their coaching skills, build successful coaching businesses and acquire their ICF credentials. She is a Certified Wellness Coach and a licensed facilitator of The Inventory Wellness Program™ bringing wellness coaching to individuals and organizations improving employee health, wellness, job and life satisfaction and ultimately increase productivity.
