Todd Rhoad is the Managing Director at BT Consulting, an Atlanta-based career consulting firm. His company can be found at www.blitzteamconsulting.com. He is the creator of the Henry Series of books for MBA Aspirants, students and graduates, covering numerous career topics. Todd also started MBAWriters, an international group of writers driven to share their experiences with other MBA professionals in the hopes of helping others avoid the common barriers associated with MBA career growth.

Todd worked on his PhD at the University of Texas and graduated with a MSEE from the Missouri School of Science and Technology and a MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
