Tony DeCresie

Tony is a seasoned veteran of the commercial real estate financing and business brokerage arena. He's played an intregal part in helping business owners, investors and community leaders secure financing for a wide variety of projects nationwide. From churches, to mobile home parks, to Internet businesses - Tony seems to have a knack for making the tough financing situations look easy. Currently, Tony's focus is on utilizing government backed financing programs like SBA, FHA, USDA Rural Development and FNMA to provide financing at a time when most local banks either can't or won't fund projects for small business owners and investors. He manages to find time out of his busy schedule to provide free training to Realtors, mortgage brokers and investors on a wide variety of topics including commercial & business finance, real estate investing and business management. Past and current organization involvement includes Rotary, Chamber of Commerce and the ASPCA.
