Tracey's passion for healthy living continues to inspire people around the world, including mothers and individuals with a sincere interest in fitness and sound nutrition. Tracey reaches over 19 million viewers who watch her workouts on Exercise TV.
As the head ofr ATP Fitness Productions, Tracey also is the star of the "3-In-1 Pregnancyr System," the first DVD of its kind combining Pilates, Yoga and strength training for pre- and post-natal mothers. The video is a favorite of critics, ranking as one of the top six selections by Fit Pregnancy 2006 and endorsed byrnePregnancy, Fit Yoga and Pilates Style. Tracey's television appearances further include co-hosting duties of "The Method Show" on Fox Fit TV, guest stints o KABC, "Hannity and Colmes," KTLA's morning show, KGTV San Diego and starring roles in The Method's best -selling home exercise videos: Her newest video's are "Renew You" voted top 10 of 2006 in Shape Magazine and "Super Bodyr BootCamp". Tracey's radio and print appearances are equally impressive, with profiles in the Miami Herald, Seattle Times, Chicago Tribune and "Ther Good Life Show with Jesse Dylan."
A proud mother of two, Tracey hails from the small township of Bloxwich, England. She studied at London'srnpremier theatre school, Italia Conti (former alumni include Tracey Ulman andr Naomi Campbell) and graduated with a degree in dance and theatre arts. She is currently writing a women's health and lifestyle book, which will be published in January 2008. Tracey is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitnessr Association of American (AFAA) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She is also a certified sports nutritionist, Master Pilates Instructor for Raelr Isacowitz (Body Arts and Science) and was certified through his program and ther Pilates Physical Mind Institute in Santar Fe.
