Listening To Your Spirit
Do you ever find yourself knowing what to do in a situation yet doing the complete opposite? Or perhaps you are in situations where you do not yet know what to do, but feel you must do something and you must do it immediately. We act in these ways because we are afraid and unwilling to trust ourselves and listen to our spirits. Afraid to listen to that still quiet voice inside that is difficult to hear when we don't take the time and make room for it.

Are You Remembering To Breathe?
I am sure that you know breathing is necessary in order to sustain life, but do you know how to breathe in order to sustain a healthier life? Many of us take shallow breaths that begin and end in our chest. When stressed, the breathing becomes even more shallow and at times we even "forget to breathe" and find ourselves holding our breath. This speeds the heart rate and causes us to cheat our body of much needed oxygen, which in turn negatively effects our entire body. Just as breathing is necessary to live, breathing properly is necessary to live well.
