Tracy has been working as a healer, writer and teacher for several years. She is passionate about life and gains insights and realisations through meditation, dreams, visions and divine inspiration.
Tracy empowers others to be the best they can be and teaches Reiki, Meditation and other spiritual growth techniques as well as teaching the Body Energetics aspect of a Foundation Degree course at a local college.
At the moment Tracy is involved in building Interfaith relationships and is part of a local group whose aim is to unite spirituality, bring more acceptance into the world and a better understanding of other peoples beliefs.
Tracy has completed several Vipassana courses and meditates daily. Meditation is a time to connect with the God aspect within and is a valuable tool for day to day life.
