I have 20+ years in Operations management with 7 of those years in Australia. I worked with well known companies in Australia such as Campbell Soup Company, Goodman fielder, and Coca-Cola Amatil. I spent over 10 years in various operational positions for companies including Pepsi Cola, Coca Cola Bottling Company, Sherwin Williams and Nestle Beverage Company in the United States.

I have a BS from Ohio University in Industrial Technology Engineering and received my MBA from Mt. Eliza Business School in Melbou e, Australia. Throughout my career I have always found myself in situations that called for the coaching and development of peers, direct reports and even senior management.

I have done extensive work with the Lominger suite of leadership development products and emotional intelligence coaching that was inspired by the work of Daniel Goleman and the Hay Group. Daniel Goleman defines emotional intelligence as an array of emotional, personal, social abilities and skills that influence ones ability to succeed in coping with environmental demands and pressures. I was certified by the Hay Group in 2001.

We are now using a tool called the CPI 260. The CPI 260™ instrument is one of today's most popular leadership development and management training tools. Its 260 carefully selected items measure more than two dozen scales in five areas and suggest targets for further development in interpersonal behavior, social and personal values, cognitive needs and performance, and personal and work-related characteristics. The tool identifies an individual's strengths and areas for development, provides better understanding of preferencews and attitudes and behaviors in key dimensions of management and leadership. It enables individuals to understand their strengths, target areas for development, set goals and plan actions steps to enhance their leadership.

I was selected to study with internationally renowned Master Coach, the late Dr. Susan Skiffington, of Sydney, Australia, earning a Certified Master Coach (CMC) designation.
