Event Details

In this training workshop, you will:

• Learn and apply techniques for communicating with confidence.
• Identify anchoring techniques used for confident communication.
• Develop a personal action plan for confident communication in two specific situations.

· Empty fillers and distracting mannerisms

· Anchoring techniques to boost confidence

· Handling difficult and complex questions confidently

· The art of active listening and the power of pauses

The course will provide attendees with techniques on how to communicate with confidence and to have greater presence with your professional image.

Methodology

Action based and interactive learning approaches will be used. This includes use of icebreakers and energisers, group work for practice sessions, recap and assessment of learning.
