I am an intuitive & holistic energy healer, and I empower people with healing tools so they can retake control of their energy, health & happiness. For over 15 years, I have helped many individuals break through their emotional, physical & spiritual blockages to finally implement, in both their professional & personal lives, the healthy & productive changes they need to better manage their health and reclaim the joy in their life.

Energy healing can be beneficial for a large array of issues: anxiety, depression, panic attacks, stress, fears/phobias, cravings/addictions, as well as aches & pains. I also help people with setting & attaining their goals and enhancing their performance, in both their personal & professional lives.

Each healing session is tailored to best suit the individual’s needs. I offer a variety of holistic treatments: energy healing, Reiki healing, Metamorphic, Vibrational & Indian Head Massages, Chakras cleansing/balancing & reading. I also give guidance through an ancient Egyptian art of reading the dice, “Astragalomancy”. In my appointments, I work with individuals (adults & children) and couples. I also run energy classes, workshops & training courses (I am a qualified professional trainer) for community groups as well as for various professional organizations & companies.

I am a qualified practitioner of the following energy healing modalities: EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), TFT (Thought Field Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Reiki, Metamorphic Technique, and Indian Head Massage. I also hold 2 diplomas of Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine and a 1^st level diploma for Parkinson’s Regeneration Training.

I am based in Foulksmills (Co. Wexford, Ireland), and I run a monthly energy healing clinic in the Natural Health Store (Main Street, Wexford town, Ireland). I also give remote healing (via Skype & online) as well as distant healing.

All healing sessions are available via Skype. Payments in cash, cheques and via PayPal.

I enjoy doing voluntary work - makes me feel good :-).

I am the PRO of my local ICA (Irish Country Association) guild - a ladies' group founded at the beginning of the 20th century to promote and help the women of Ireland. With social inclusion as its underlying raison d'être, the group aims to break up the isolation suffered by women in rural settings in Ireland.
