I've been in the health and fitness industry for 23 years either as someone who was training as an athlete or as a trainer for athletes and the regular Joe's/Jane's. Recently started my own businesses ViciousStrength.com (June '08) and The Body Factory, LLC in 2010.

I enjoy testing people's willpower to get into shape. I push them to their limits. I truly believe that people need to be pushed in order to make changes to their body. We are a culture of obesity and I look to do my part to facilitate change.
