Victoria DePaul founded Galileo Business & Learning Consultants in 2007 after many years in human resource management. Victoria, parent of two teenage sons, holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies- Business Administration, from the New York Institute of Technology.

You know that your organization is not operating at peak potential. Morale is low. Stress levels are high. You continuously receive demands to produce more with less. Professional relationships are strained and there is a lack of cooperation and support between teams.
