Vivien knew from an early age knew that communicating with others was something she just loved to do! She founded Vivien McKnight Creativity Coaching as she had a big wish to help ordinary peple become extraordinary in both their professional and personal lives. Someone once asked her “What would you most like to know about yourself?” to which her answer was “I would like to know what I am capable of doing, what I can really achieve.” This is the question that she energizes other people to answer about themselves.
She has a long history in business and language training, during which time she inspired and motivated many people to achieve great success. She became more and more aware that exploration and enquiry are essential if new places are to be reached. Without the acquisition of new knowledge we cannot grow and develop. Her coaching style is holistic and her philosophy based on the premise that transforming your life means discovering your beliefs, values, passions and purpose and bringing these into line with your goals and dreams.
Vivien lives on the Mediterranean coast of Spain. From here she gives talks and workshops throughout Europe and beyond. She runs on-line courses with participants worldwide as well as having individual clients.
The results of her work have been that people live their lives with more confidence and passion than before. They find out who and what they are meant to be and thrive on this knowledge and the changes that it brings for them.
In addition to working with performing artists from all disciplines, she also works with artists, writers and photographers. People from all walks of life who have a great fear of speaking in public come to her. Vivien believes that we all have a creative being inside us trying to get out and she encourages people to release this and enjoy a creative life, whether as an observer or a participant. She carries out her work with sensitivity and humour, which is a winning combination for her.

Allowing your creativity a chance
Creativity is not just for artists. We have been conditioned to believe that we are not creative. Poppycock! We are all born with creative potential but sadly for many this potential withers in the barren lands of our education systems and some sectors of society. Creativity is imagination in action and all of us can stimulate our imaginations and be spurred into action. Learning how to flex our creative muscles can be great fun and putting into place habits and routines that help us be more creative is very rewarding and satisfying.

ARE YOU AFRAID OF SUCCESS?
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are meant to shine, as children do....and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

Taming Everyday Stage Fright Terrors
Fear is one of life’s biggest roadblocks and fear of speaking in public is considered to be the number one phobia. Incredible isn’t it, especially when communication forms such an important part of our lives? We are constantly communicating something to somebody and if fear of expressing our thoughts or ideas in words becomes paralyzing for us, we find ourselves at a great disadvantage.
