My name is Wendy and I currently am a Human Resources Professional who specializes in helping employees as well as organizations get torntheir next personal and professional level. I am the residentr Motivational Achievement Coach. Everyday I work with the employees and help them to change their thinking to be more positive and help them torntake the actions they need to become more successful.
As for myself, over the past 15 years, I have been propelling myself forward by learning how to utilize Positive Thinking.
Growing up all I ever wanted to be was an actress and a singer. Myrnfather had other plans. He wanted me to go to college and get my degree in somtheing “stable”. He always said to me “You’ll never make it as an actress. So don’t bother”. That message rang in my head for many years after high school.
I had a very difficult time in college because I just wanted to act, but I had to study something else. First, I studied Radio/TV/Film. Irnthought, if I can’t be in front of the cameras, I’ll be behind them. Itrndidn’t work. I was resented having to be behind the scenes, so I quit that.
I then changed my major to Photography. Turns out that Photography isn’t such a stable profession either! For years I floundered. I did gornto Los Angeles to become an actress. I became a professional waitress instead. I always heard my father. I couldn’t change my thoughts. Itrngot so bad that I contemplated suicide more than once. I had to tell myself that I either had to change or I didn’t want to be on the planet anymore. What words!! I thought this many times before I decided that Irnhad to change.
It was one of those late nights watching blah tv, I saw an infomercial for Tony Robbins. It was all about my personal power. Irnpicked up the phone, used my credit card and I was on my way. That was the first step to changing my thinking. It has taken me years ofrnsearching and trying various methods. Even today I try various things to see what happens.
Finally, I took the most action ever three years ago. I went from living in a 6? x 15? work trailor, yes, those numbers are correct, working for my brother in Brooklyn, making $800.00 per month, driving a beat up old Mazda car, in a bad relationship to running the Humanr Resources Department in my company, owning my own house, driving a new car, being in the best relationship I have ever been in and I get paid to help others do what I did and this is just the beginning!!!
This is what I want for you and everyone who comes to my website and/or listens to my podcasts. I want to help you get to your next level of personal success and show you various ways to do it.
I want to make sure I am perfectly clear on my intentions. This isrna “ACTION” site! I know that no matter what, if I didn’t take actions, I would not be here talking with you today. You must do the same! Irnwill guide you, give you support, keep you motivated and give everyone who stops in the opportunity to do the same.

Positive Thinking ACTION: Positive Thinking AUTOMATION: Positive Thinking LIFESTYLE
This is what I am talking about!
1. First steps in creating the ultimate Positive Thinking Lifestyle is taking some kind of ACTION. It may be baby steps or giant steps. That all depends on you. One of the things I find hinders so many people is that they just don’t know where to start or they think they can’t change or they are afraid of change or they don’t want to change.
I have heard a guru or two talk about beliefs and that they must come first. I don’t think so. For me it was constant action. I took tiny little baby steps on a daily basis and then once I started becoming successful and feeling better, I then had the belief that Irncould do it. If it weren’t for my ACTION, I would not be hear writing to you today.
So that being said, what are you doing on a daily basis to change your thoughts and change your life?
2. Next is AUTOMATING YOUR POSITIVE THINKING. You can automate itrndoing various conditioning exercises. These range from smiling to using music to getting to know yourself to conditioning yourself through NLP. Once you master these techniques, you can train your brain to think inrna positive way.
I used to think and act depressed. I trained myself to think positively and to act positively. I found various resources and coaches to work with. They taught me how to teach myself. You can do the same.
3. Once you AUTOMATE YOUR POSITIVE THINKING, you are ready to focus on your POSITIVE THINKING LIFESTYLE. This consists of being conscious in all aspects of your life, taking constant action and using your mind to propel you forward.
I feel that these three steps are what you need to be successful. You may be at various stages of all the above. The time has come for you to hone in on where you are and how you can master all three.
This is why I am here. This is my mission.
