Winston C.Trumpet is certified in the Strategic Mindset Coaching Process which is a proprietary program of the Growth Coach Franchise. He has a BSBA from SanFrancisco State University and is the Executive Pastor of “The Church with No walls” of Jersey City NJ.

Winston is a specialist in the area of human relations and interpersonal communications. He is a recognized master coach, facilitator, educator, and motivational speaker. In his training classes, he uses a unique blend of instructional teaching and motivational speaking providing dynamic seminars focusing on the areas of communication, personal effectiveness, goal setting, organizational change, diversity, workplace symmetry and more.

A specialty area of his is the use of interactive drama and skits as training tools. For 15 years, Winston has been speaking and facilitating programs (for groups and individuals) in the tri-state area as well as coaching managers, executives, and front-line employees at some of the nation's top companies and government organizations.
